Find out how we support the tendering teams of our client, a major urban public transport group.

Case study

For more than 10 years, we have been providing support to the tendering department of a major urban public transport group.
On the strength of its know-how and successes, the company is regularly in a position to compete for urban transport contracts, and has made support a key factor in the success of its commercial ambitions.
That’s why their teams prepare for each project presentation in the same way as sportsmen and women train for top-level competitions. The aim is to ensure a high level of consistency between the content of their proposals and the form of their oral presentation.

Public speaking training

Context

Managers and management teams are almost always speaking in front of their teams, partners and often customers.

The need to influence and convince is at the heart of the job! While the training and experience of the protagonists is often prestigious, their public speaking skills are not always their primary competence.

A lot is at stake in these situations, and it is not uncommon to see ambitious projects fail because of a lack of effective communication.

Audience

Management, sales, technical and financial teams.

Programme

It is organised into 3 essential stages based on our historic 5 levers® method:

Step 1

Validation of the messages to be delivered, depending on the circumstances, the competitive context and the type of contact concerned

Step 2

Staging the presentations with the help of the actors involved, highlighting their public speaking skills and developing their hidden resources.

Step 3

Intensive training with constant feedback to boost personal confidence and team dynamics.

The Quilotoa touch

We use Quilotoa’s active teaching method, based on the 5 levers® of actor training. Everyone becomes aware of their potential and develops their skills in real-life situations. This is the key to progress.
What distinguishes our support during this public speaking training course is that it starts where you least expect it! with the content of the messages to be delivered during the presentations.
By positioning ourselves ‘like a client’ and applying an in-depth questioning method, we ‘challenge’ our interviewees on their strategy and the value of their project’s arguments. This stage enables us to ‘solidify’ the messages and develop their impact./span>
