Case study

The cosmetics retailer consulted us to train its management team to meet these challenges. In addition, we had to take into account a history of leadership and management training that had produced disappointing results.
We had to raise the profile of the course! All this is part of a very strong, fairly consensual corporate culture, based on harmonious relationships.

Programme

To meet this demand, we have developed a management training programme in several stages:
A training module devoted to the fundamentals of management, with a 3rd day designed as an intensive training laboratory with role-playing scenarios.

Step 1

An individual, personalised interim assessment, based on a questionnaire identifying personal drivers and dominant behaviours.

Step 2

In-depth 1/2-day workshops on topics identified with the customer (e.g. manager coaching, managing difficult situations, etc.).

Step 3

We involved the HR teams in workshops designed to bring out the company’s values and the expected managerial behaviours to be promoted.
