Case study :
Relationship agility workshops®
Since 2018, we have been supporting our client in its search for collective effectiveness, thanks to the Relationship Agility Workshops®.
Case study
For our client, a global consulting firm, the quality of relationships is at the heart of their strategy and their business model.
To support them in their quest for collective effectiveness, since 2018 we have been rolling out our Relationship agility workshops®. These very short (half-day) oral communication training formats enable managers and employees to benefit from intensive training and practice capsules on soft skills subjects linked to “relational agility”.
This programme includes workshops in oral communication, assertiveness, improvisation, co-development and public speaking.
Context
Organisations that do not experience any dysfunction are rare!
Who hasn’t been annoyed that some employees only communicate by e-mail? That some managers are in a turf war? That the quality of information received from the field is deteriorating?
There are many examples of relationship problems, which account for a large proportion of an organisation’s failures. Indeed, if 70% of projects initiated in companies today are failures, communication problems are largely to blame.
Audience
Managers and consultants.
Programme
Short workshops are offered and planned throughout the year. Lasting 4 hours, they are scheduled during the usual training slots.
The course is based on 4 workshops:
Embody / Inspire
Workshop 1
Working in a team
Workshop 2
Training for difficult situations.
Workshop 3
Cooperate
Workshop 3
Other themes may be added: Full presence / Reconnecting with your body.
The Quilotoa touch
Adapting our modules to the new needs of learning and training today. First of all, the duration: a short duration, so as not to impact too heavily on the schedules of the managers and employees who will be taking part.
Then there is the content, with a large proportion (70% to 80% of the time) devoted to exercises, training and role-playing.
To make progress in the area of soft skills, teams need to practise, train and receive feedback from a professional and caring environment.
These workshops offer this type of framework, and contribute over the long term to an in-depth transformation of practices.
So everyone knows what they are doing consciously, with desire, without automatism.
Prepare for your next challenge with Quilotoa!
