Training overview
Organising your workspace and your schedule
· Putting the ACTE attitude into practice
· Manage basic tasks in a structured way
· Differentiating between the Urgent and the Important (Eisenhower method)
· Defining effective planning (weekly and ToDo) and manage unforeseen events
· Identify stress management tools (relaxation, breathing, etc.)
The laws of time management
– Identifying the fundamental laws of time management
– Assessing the impact of these laws on day-to-day time management
Preparing for autonomy
· Defining the action plan to be implemented
Effective communication for time management
· Identify constraining messages that impact on the relationship with the other person
· Developing assertiveness and statement
·Taming the frame to learn to say “no” when necessary
· Limiting interruptions and managing requests through effective questioning
· Experimenting with tools for managing stress in relationships with others
